Monk’s Fruitcake

This moist, traditional Southern cake is filled with select fruits and pecans, then soaked with peach brandy and
sherry and aged for a rich, mellow flavor. Each cake is handmade by the monks in the Monastery bakery.
Available in 1 lb. & 2 lb. sizes.
