Because we are such slow learners in our school of love, we realize all too well our need for Christ's continual help. This is why we start each community prayer gathering by chanting: "0 God, come to my assistance! 0 Lord, make haste to help me!" At every moment, the kernel of this chant lies at the heart of each breath we take. Without Christ, where would we be?
